Like to Make a Complaint ?

To ensure customer satisfaction, we have provided a complaint form for our customers to voice their concerns. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to resolve any issues and prioritize the happiness of our customers.
We value your feedback and strive to continuously improve our services. Thank you for choosing us and we look forward to serving you.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide the highest possible standard of service hence your feedback about the service we provide is particularly important to us. If you have any comments, suggestions, or complaints, please speak to a member of staff over telephone or send an email.

We also randomly send community pharmacy patient satisfaction questionnaires by post or email to a proportion of customers for feedback on our service once every year. A complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints is also in place. Our Superintendent Pharmacist will give you further information when needed.

An NHS Advocacy provided by NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy (ICA) is available to provide advice and support for people who wish to complain about the NHS. The ICA telephone number is 0808 802 3000.
